Refund policy

The request for return or exchange must be made within 30 (calendar) days from the date of delivery by the post office to the recipient. Once the products arrive at Capim Dourado USA, the condition of the products will be analyzed, which may take up to 3 business days, and if the products are in the same condition as when they were first sent to the customer, then the refund will be made within 7 business days, and in the case of exchange, other products previously chosen by the customer will be sent.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
